Select the date for your visit above up to 2 weeks in advance. Your ticket is valid anytime on the day for which it is reserved. If a date is unavailable, it is sold out or we are closed. Regular admission tickets are required to be reserved in advance using this form. Museum admission is not refundable. If you are no longer able to make the day you reserved, contact Visitor Services at museum@risd.edu to change the date of your ticket.
A note about discounted admission: discounts are applied in person only. Do not reserve tickets online if you wish to redeem discounted admission. Tickets for discounted admission are issued in person at the desks upon verification.
Members may only reserve as many free Member tickets as membership level admits. Use “Member” price type for named member(s) and guests. Review specific benefits for your membership level to determine how many guests are eligible to attend for free.

Visitor Guidelines:

Food and drink are not allowed in the galleries or classrooms.

Please do not touch the artwork. Even clean hands can damage works of art.

Strollers are permitted; please use elevators when traveling between the floors. Backpack child carriers are not permitted.

Items larger than 11” x 15” must be left in our coatroom. Free lockers are available.

Smoking and e-cigarettes are not allowed.

Service animals as defined by state and federal regulations are welcome in the Museum. Therapy or comfort animals are not allowed.
